that the AES Rancho Viejo facility is consistent with the spirit and intent of the SLDC or SGMP.
applicant failed to satisfy:
Despite the clear, undeniable evidence provided by the Hearing Officer, extensive fact based presentations from local organizations and inarguable testimony from countless residents as to why this facility permit must be denied, on February 4, 2025, in less than only 1 hour of deliberation, the County planning commission overwhelmingly voted to approved this permit. Therefore, an appeal will now be pursued, with this permit decision to be brought in front of the Santa Fe County Board of County Commissioners.
